On April 20, 2010, a tragedy occurred in the Gulf of Mexico. The explosion of the Deepwater Horizon Oil Rig took the lives of eleven men, including our dear friend, Jason Anderson. Jason is a devoted husband to Shelley Simons Anderson, loving father to Lacy and Ryver, and a wonderful friend to all who knew him.

Spending time with his family is Jason's top priority when he is home from the rig. He also loves to play a round of golf with his friends.

We have decided to honor his memory with an annual golf tournament. All proceeds from the Jason Anderson Memorial Golf Tournament will be placed in a scholarship fund that will benefit high school seniors who plan on furthering their education at the college level.

!!IMPORTANT CHANGES AS OF 2022!!

Teams will now be $500 to register, and includes 4 players, green fees, cart, lunch, all mulligans, and all buyups

There will be no more t-shirts. Volunteers are asked to wear a shirt from previous years.

There will be NO more student volunteers, only adult volunteers.

We will no longer be renting carts from outside sources, our teams will be limited to Rio Colorado golf carts.
